Meet The Team

I founded Ambiente Gallerie to further the mission of “helping our community achieve better, improved, and enlightened health.” Health and wellness has always been very important to me and for over 25 years I have provided care to hundreds of people with various conditions and have helped them improve their lifestyles. I believe, with 100% certainty, that people have greater potential for better and improved health.  I am so proud of our environment which enhances healing and stimulates inspiration. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Iowa State and Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Science Universities.

I would like to travel anywhere in the world that would increase my understanding of people and cultures and cuisine. Top of my list includes Thailand, Japan, Croatia, and Costa Rica.​

When I am not working I'm traveling, cooking with my gourmet dinner club, reading at least a couple of books, planning trips to see friends, taking my dogs to the park, taking mountain bike coaching lessons & traveling to fun trails around the country.

Little Known Fact- I am always learning and taking personality tests. My favorite, The Myers Briggs.

I have a Bachelors in Mathematics with a Minor in Chemistry from University of Minnesota Duluth and a Doctorate of Chiropractic Research Track from Life University. I enjoy forming interpersonal relationships with my patients, helping them find a solution for their health concerns and seeing them thrive as they reach true wellness. 

My research focused on the effects of stress on the body and how chiropractic care can help reduce the physiological effects. This translates into my care as well, I'm not only passionate about helping patients reach physical wellness but truly helping guide them into overall wellness so they can improve their quality of life. 

If I could travel anywhere in the world it would be back to Switzerland. My grandparents were both born there and going back to learn about our family, explore the country and perfect some family recipes are some of my favorite memories with my grandmother. 

In my free time I enjoy reading, going outside and spending time on the water, running and hosting dinner parties and game nights for my friends and family.

-Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 8 years of spinal care and orthopedic experience.

-She is specialty-trained in the rehabilitation of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, spine-related issues, and the performance of musculoskeletal injections.

-Interests: Hiking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.

I have a degree in Professional Photography and ran my own wedding & portrait photography studio for about 18 years. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and turned my photography into Bridal Fairs that morphed into now corporate events.

I am a extra-extrovert and like to talk. I have no problem talking to strangers or public speaking. I truly enjoy  chatting with people.

​

In my free time I am a true Minnesotan, and like meat raffles & bingo. I enjoy traveling, painting, crafting, planning parties & events is my passion in work and home life.

Ambiente for me has such a unique vibe to it and kept that vibe when it moved into the new location. A vibe that for me feels like instant peacefulness when you walk in.

Little known fact: Mom to 3 kids, 2 of which are identical twins & oddly have many friends who also have twins.

I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and decided to expand my skills to become a Massage Therapist, I graduated from Aveda Institute in 2013. I enjoy working at Ambiente because they emphasize the importance of wellness as I am striving to be better myself.

When I can I would love to travel, I enjoy cooking and being outdoors. I have a strong passion for the Arts..dance, photography, poetry and music.

Little known fact: I am a musician who performs locally and I'm also a painter.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Ohio State University in 2016 with a specialization in digital media. I started here at Ambiente in early 2020, and love working in such a creative, vibrant office. When I am not working you can probably find me at the golf course, the observatory, or doing some gaming online with friends.
